    For a UOR newb and someone not familiar with this part of the taming side (I know what a bond slot is.. but not what is going on here) could someone explain what this is exactly?

    Ok.. so multiple people can get a bond slot from a completed Zoo Keeper quest...? and the OP is selling participation in the final quest..?

    Question one: yes

    Question two: no. you sit by the fence while they do the quest and at the end, they issue the bond slots to those at the fence who paid them.
