⚔️Duels 'r' Us - Bucc's Duel Pit Provisions is Now Open ⚔️ We are excited to announce the grand opening of this community-run initiative! This SST, just one screen East of the Bucc's Duel pits, will be accessible to the UOR PvP community. It will stay stocked with dueling and PvP essentials making it easy, fun and convenient to use the Bucc's pits, or re-up and get into the field! Here are some details: What: The bottom floor will be stocked with dueling and PvP essentials for your convenience and enjoyment. You can expect: Reagent go-bags of 50ea Potion stacks and exp kegs + bottles Bandages Grab-n-go armor sets Poppers in bags of 5 (quality tested like your life depends on it!) Misc items when avail: random weps, armor, scrolls, wands 1v1, 2v2, and themed tournaments will be organized and run regularly. Look out for larger quarterly tourneys, punctuated by many smaller events and flash contests / duels. Why: The PvP community here is incredible. We hope to be able to make it accessible and convenient for everyone to duel and PvP on our Live server vs Test. We believe this will encourage more people to get into PvP, will enhance new player experience due to seeing more action on live vs being hidden away on test, and will serve to further promote our server! How: For now, please message @Runes, @fefe, or @Serotonin on Discord for access. Friends will have full access to the bottom floor. Security and enforcement will be largely community-driven and based on honor system. In the future, friend-only secures will be expanded to allow for easier and tighter security. Who: EVERYONE! Of course, new players will benefit from having access to resources which can be costly early on. However, we encourage veterans and wealthy players to use these resources as well. By using it, you will help ensure it's success. This is about convenience, community, fun, and ease-of-use as much as it is about access to free resources. Please don't hesitate to participate and grab what you need. It will help the server. The success of this Bucc's renaissance relies on YOU - on everyone using these resources, congregating, and fighting. Don't be shy. If you're a veteran player and you'd like to replenish anything when convenient, by all means, feel free to do so! If you'd like to donate and contribute more: Donations: There is a large locked crate on the second floor. You can safely drop donations here. It cannot be picked from outside the lockdown wall, so is 100% secure. If your desired donation won't fit into the container, please message us. All donations will be tracked and made public to the community, unless you specifically ask to remain anonymous. Similarly, as this is a community-driven project, all spending and resource output will be tracked publicly as well. Recent donation and spend info will be logged in the books seen on the front steps, then transferred to a master log for record keeping. Rules: 1. DO NOT KILL “ARTISAN” - It’s our crafter who is keeping our supplies up and running. He will be macroing kegs and armor for you all. 2. Request access for your alts from @Runes, @Serotonin or @fefe on Discord. 3. Take only what you need for a single duel. 4. Have fun. Collect heads. Bring them to the house. We will be amassing them for funsies. 5. Please observe basic home security! Lock the door when done, and be mindful of stealthers/griefers. Questions & Misc Q: What makes you confident someone won't just dry loot everything? A: We are certain it will happen from time to time, however, the bulk resources are secured away behind a lockdown wall. Only small amounts will be stocked downstairs daily and as needed. This week prevent any huge losses, and will allow for access vetting over time
