Why is this such a coveted spot? I understand its rare to be so close to a stable as well as close to town but what benefits does that really afford the owner? Not dumping on the thread or the house in any way at all just trying to understand. Thx Grats to the winner whoever it might end up being!
My guess would be Boothby is wanting to bring the BBC back to Ocllo. He ran a successful operation out of the sandstone (which was sold to Infantry) north of the Ocllo cotton fields prior to going on hiatus. Ocllo happens to be one of the busiest places on UOR and housing is very limited. I will say that shard wide I'm literally shocked at the prices of housing over the last six months. I'm excited to see the population grow...and glad to get a Lkeep when they were cheap! Tldr...I hope to see the BBC in Ocllo again!!!
Such a great house, but such a tragedy that factors outside my control didn't allow me to log in for 3 weeks. Lost about half a dozen houses or so >< Was so upset I haven't really logged in to do anything since then.
