A question for the real estate moguls

Up until yesterday I had a keep, tower, villa, log cabin, 2 sst's, small marble and a small gy vesper house.

I couple days ago I wanted to start playing much simpler and got rid of a ton of items, so I am down to 1 sst and 1 small marble.

I passed some of my better houses to some friends who had either expressed interest in the past or figured the would be happy and utilize them better than I did. The rest i dropped.

Fort for the courtyard, couple patios for throwing loot over. I don’t like refreshing a bunch of houses and don’t see the need for a bunch of empty homes.

Forts honestly too big for me but I love killing my neighbors so I’ll tough it out.
