well this is an idea from like 2013 that still hasn't (for some reason) been implemented. last i heard telamon was having issues getting the mounts to decay properly so i assume that's the reason they're still not on the server. the idea in this thread was "well fine forget about item decay can we just have the gd mounts?" i mean they're on TC already, if it's as easy as putting them on a vendor i say why not? what's the harm?
If they're going to be permanent, you might as well just put them on the plat vendor and allow any faction member to get them. At least make sure they can only be ridden by their respective factions. If they can't decay, they don't belong as an item you get from town control, in my opinion.
