I just think I could take 2 trained dragons and a mare into destard and cylce through dragons faster then this method because of the couple minutes it often takes to respawn, in destard there is virtually no respawn time delay because of all the dragons that spawn, and I think I can wipe out a dragon almost as fast as you can lure one.
I'd go so far as to agree that, without player interference, Stranger is correct in the speed with which he could farm for them. For example, if no one messed with him and he's got a provo-tamer, he could mop up destard easy as pie and never have to really wait for a dragon to spawn because there's always another right around the corner.
Hah, you may well have killed the best dragon in the history of the shard! Or an above-average one that blessed himself. Hopefully the latter, hate to see such a specimen lost!
I like to believe that sometime somewhere, a perfect was spawned, and then quickly killed by a low level bard on his first week of the server.
Nope wasn't blessed because I would hide myself between spawns and lore before coming unhidden so that I could get an accurate reading on stats. I wasn't about to make a rookie mistake like that. I sat there stunned after killing it, because that was in fact a rookie ass mistake lol :-/
18:33 <Clyde> been lookin for drags to tame. This bitch has 825 str 825 hp 101 dex and 472 int -3 mins later- 18:36 <Clyde> omfg 18:36 <Clyde> i killed it 18:36 <Clyde> i fucking killed it on accident lol
I've had this happen quite a few times on other shard with mares, somtimes you just couldnt pull tames off before some patches went into effect. I am in the habbit now to if I find something super high end here I will just para field tame it with its full hps.
Not stats, but skills. I think it loses 10% skills when you tame it, or 14% if you tame it while paralyzed.
