So once again thank you all for your comments and suggestions! I am happy to see there are numerous people interested in my fortress! I am sorry I didn't respond to any of the private offers but like it said in my original post I was not accepting them at the moment so I wanted to be fair to everyone by not answering them. I am happy we got the issue of the Moonglow cabin resolved, it was really keeping me up at night!...... I do not have or have ever used any other forum accounts and rarely use IRC so if anyone else contacts you saying they are me or anything of that nature please ignore them. So from what I can gather most people would be more than happy to pay 25 mil for the fort. I feel most people either can't or would rather not pay 30 mil but I feel that is the right price for this fort. If it were crammed in the middle of a bunch of other houses I would think 20-25 mil would be a fair price. This fort is on the water (you can fish from the roof) and is not surrounded by a bunch of other people. It has a pretty forest next to it that many holiday event mobs spawn. My fort has gotten close to IDOC two times in the years I've had it. Both times were because I was on vacation. Just because I choose to not make my presence known on the forums, irc, and in game all the time does not mean that I do not play. I use this fort (well half of it because there are way too many rooms to actually use all of it) So I'm not just some random person that used to play that has been just refreshing for years. I will actually be using the money/items once I sell it. So with all that crap being said here is my plan: I will put the fort up for auction close to the end of July or early August. This will give people time to get cash together and will give me time to find a new smaller home and move all my stuff out. I am pretty sure I'll put a S/B of 30 mil with a minimum of 25 mil in gold. I understand the idea behind having a lower starting bid but really I would be disappointed if I sold it for anything lower than 30mil. If I put it up for auction for 30mil I will not lower it. I have no problem enjoying it for a few more years. I'll be happy to entertain offers until I put it up for auction. I am interested in any type of house,villa or larger, in a really neat spot. I really like villas, large patios, and large towers. I am not interested in rares or sandals. Thanks again for all the interest and comments!
Thanks for clearing that all up @Loki appreciate it! Now that you've got a price on it and are saying you're happy to entertain offers. I will publicly offer you the following for your consideration. A Keep bridged to a L Tower with a L patio directly behind (you can double click the patio sign from the keep CY) It's just south of trinsic moongate, the L patio is next to a body of water. See photo: I was offered 20 mil for it about 2 months ago (happy to verify privately) and then 18 mil on it 2 weeks ago too (also happy to verify privately) The CY is "secure" in that I have never had any visitors, and I leave a LOT of stuff in my CY. Alongside this spot I'm prepared to offer you 15 mil in gold. Taking the value up to 33-35 mil. If you want more, I'd go with your initial plan on putting it up for auction and crossing your fingers. Yes but they should have left that one trouble making guy on the beach or killed him early on. I understand Floki wanted to make it a different type of society but he should have killed him in his sleep or something. It'll be neat to see where it goes with him. The guy that plays Ivar is a good actor but I just want someone to slap him. He acts like a badass warrior but in every battle he kills like one guy and then sits there while everyone else actually fights. The show isn't the same without Ragnar but I am excited that Rollo is returning. I think that will make the whole Ivar storyline more interesting.
Why is everyone talking about @Ragnar Lothbrok ? I am getting a feeling you're talking about television series, but I don't know which one, it's certainly not game of thrones
the reason they didnt stop at Ragnar Lothbrok dying, Ivar the boneless was really one of the most feared Vikings of all time , they are building up to him really and Bjorn , Rollo are also some of histories well known vikings and Rollo did end up in the place they put him in the show
