Rewards for points aren't NEEDED but it adds another level of reward for the time investment.

If there is nothing, fine.

I am in agreement that a prize room for points would be cool though.

On the topic of the whole dexer vs triple boxer thing. Whether or not you go it as a dexer or triple box tamer, isnt the biggest factor in my opinion. Its more about the time investment than the template. The people that are on top of the ranking list invested a whole lot of time to do it. And if a prize room for this event compares at all to the anniversary event, there were plenty of cool prizes left over for the people at the bottom of the totem pole in that event. You would still get something cool for your efforts.

Will our scores be public and will there be any rewards?
Saying there are rewards in CoD is just saying there were drop rewards. I'm speaking of actual rewards for the Score lol so far I see players saying no but havent seen anything official about scores. Speculate all u want it's Chris who knows lol

The original post said nothing about it, so other than maybe a trophy for top 3(?), I highly doubt it.

Chris has said multiple times the points were for fun and bragging rights, not for rewards.

And if its about time investment.. a single dexxer spends the exact same amount of time as a triple boxer in there. But a triple boxer will be getting way more points.

Only on the main boss.

A lumberjack will take the top damage almost every time vs a tamer.

On the final boss, tamers typically take the top damage over dexxers only because he's got super high armor and not affected by slayers.

Dexxers win on every other boss except the overlord I'm pretty sure.

Overlord is affected by fey slayer

It isn't true. We had a guild member use Fey and it didn't do anything.

And yes Raaj, that's what I meant. Boss is gonna be tamer every time, but every other mob, an axer takes it. Definitely agreed.
