What no one mentions is that this is all pittance... There is more than one place to mine, boat or other wise There is more than one place to pick regs off the ground There is more than one place to get a quest animal But by all means lets jump on the indignation bandwagon over what someone else has that you don't have... Starting a New Campaign - "Down with the 1%'rs... take all their wealth and redistribute it to the masses, its NOT FAIR" Grab your torches and pitchforks.. lets storm their castles, fortresses & Keeps... We should be allowed to lay siege to a place and destroy houses and get all the loot inside!

I think the general consensus here is that you should get over it. My extra advice would be to become so insanely pixel rich that you buy 1000's and 1000's of boats and make your own island the size of moonglow.

At most I think there should be an AFK check for refreshing boats and houses. (Maybe there already is and I'm unaware of it.)
An AFK check? What good would that do? Take it from someone who refreshes 14 houses and a bunch of boats (I'm a fisher), it takes, at most, 5 min to refresh houses and boats. I don't know anyone who AFKs that. Maybe I don't know the right people.
IMO - No one should be able to Block of Resources from other Players, this does not sit well with me at all, Resources should be Readily available to ALL Players!! A big Chunk of the World Map is blocked of from other players! making no Risk Mining Locations for a Private set of Players, This is NOT what UO Renaissance was all about!!
@Pill this is why they have all those boats out there, lol. In my opinion, that does not matter much, I think it's really shitty to be able to do this. But, people are just being big brains and making some money with the mechanics available in game. Again, I think it's REALLY lame, creating Trammel in Felucia, but that's just using your head. Should it be allowed? Thats a (daddy) @Telamon decision right there.
There should be no place (other than the Young Program and in towns) where you can play without risk!
My take on the subject is: - If you manually refresh all the boats, good - If you bot refresh boats, nub
