With how easy it is to cure even deadly poison, I can't think of any reason higher levels of poison would impact pvp. In fact most pvprs want a lower lvl to interfere mages casts faster I believe. I wouldn't think the user of the poison arrows would need poisoning.. other mele's don't, do they? They just used a poisoned weap by others.
Maybe a bowcrafter and poison skill to make poison quiver or arrows, but would require archery skill to use said arrows or quiver.

fix cure percentage chance for dp application. Right now it's a joke. Nox mages need a buff. They are just not viable. Poison arrows is a bad idea. Add more plat rewards Add more gold sinks. There is just too much of it out there.
