My friends and I started a Level 7 Tmap and had a hard time figuring out how to start it... we are all pre-UO free server players and it wasn't exactly intuitive. We all got teleported as we got to the boss ( i think) and never got to finish the map. There was no timer set to finish the map nor a message of a goal. If there is such a thing please refund our map.
Not sure which map you attempted but they are all 75-90 minutes in duration. There are clocks throughout the zones to help you keep tabs on the time remaining.
