Hey i am completely new to UO and will be starting tonight, i have tried 3 times to play but every time i just did not know what to do, is there any really kind guilds that help guide new players out there?
Hi Efly, There's a new player guide in the guides section of the forums that may help you get started. There is also an IRC chat room that can be very helpful if you have any questions. Could gather cotton and wool (Ocllo has large cotton fields) make the wool and cotton into cloth and sell it. Post commodities for sale here in the forums and they usually sell quickly. For me my first goal was to place a small house and then start building characters. Of course killing stuff is more entertaining and Ocllo is set up nicely for new players. There's a dungeon entrence right in town if you wanted to go explore. Best of luck to you! If you need any in game help IRC me.
