    After careful review of the posted rules (albeit last updated in 2016). This post does not violate any current rules. Ragnar is obviously excluding sales to certain groups and people. There USED to be a rule where you could not do that but not anymore.

    Rules he could have violated -

    Offering something for sale with no intention of delivering. I have reviewed the roster of people who went on the last 3 runs as well as the times they were run. Players verified that they went on the run as well as the event being occupied by Ragnar et all during that time the runs were supposed to occur.

    Scamming or luring folks with a sale with the purpose of killing/griefing them - See above, runs happened, no one was promised something that was not delivered.

    When reporting a post, please include the rule that you feel has been violated.

    Now to address the Elephant in the Room -

    You guys dont like each other, thats no secret. Is Ragnar trolling with his 30k Bond Slots - Not if its a legit offer and he is delivering. He may "lose" money/gold on each run, but its his gold to lose. IE he could easily charge more but he does not. His post is not derogatory, inflammatory nor a scam. By posting on his thread and him responding, it just perpetuates the Drama. He is never going to sell you a 30k Bond slot. And by current rules, UOR Staff is not going to MAKE him do so.
