PLEASE revert the last patch until things are FIXED

This is only an assumption, but the change is likely "global" to all guard zone areas, thus all zones would enforce the account limitation (whatever that may be...~30 days, hours spent in game, etc). Bucs Den is not a "guard zone", but falls under the town boundaries, so the change was probably just blanketed across everything. He is just trying to stop people from making newbie accounts for the purpose of killing town afkers. I guess this was the 'quick and dirty' solution.

Sounds like that could be a very likely reason. It's ok, would just be nice to have a definitive answer on it
