Poll: is there a need for t2a entrances?

Is there a need for t2a entrances?

    This is actually incorrect for our current mechanics. The dungeons technically exist in the old lands, which allows the recalling. It has been under review for some time as the issue of travel is discussed. (They should only allow recalling to T2A, I have just not had the time to resolve that)

    Some good ideas so far. Keep them coming.

    If you lift the restriction you're going to see more action in the lost lands both in players hunting and reds being all over the place.

    By changing recall rules, this is essentially the bulk of what will be affected. To me, we'll likely see more PK'ing than hunting with this change. People already have their favorite spots to go to and I'm not sure how much this will change that. With the able to roam more freely, we're going to see a big influx of reds.

    So the question is, is this what we want?

    I wholly support the concept of complete restriction of Recall and Gate within the Lost Lands, including all dungeons. Or perhaps, just to make it less of a crippling mechanic for the masses, just completely restrict Recall/Gate (both ways) from any Lost Lands dungeons/fortresses.

    Some lore can easily be found and/or drafted to support such a change and I think it would promote significant activity in a land I literally only go to for reagent shopping or helping folks get to Wyvern Isle.

    As a red, I can confirm this. I guess I might be revealing some trade secrets here, but currently we don't hit many spots in T2A because they're kind of bothersome to get to.
    Of course, if we start catching people there more regularly when we do check them, it's not that hard for us to check them anyway.

    Anyway, setting all that aside, as a player who isn't always pking, here are my thoughts:

    I like the way things are.
    Disabling recalling altogether would make it annoying to get to some of the champ spawns (like the one you would need a boat to sail to) and it would make banking gold and such from the T2A champ spawns really difficult.
    On the other hand, allowing free recalling would make it too easy for those of us who are reds to show up at champ spawns/farming spots to murder everyone.

    Also, strongly against disabling recall into T2A dungeons, specifically Tera Keep. I do most of my farming in Tera Keep, and it's the right amount of difficult. If you make me run all the way out there from Papua, I'd probably stop farming there, and I assume there are others that would do the same. That dungeon is already mostly dead, it doesn't need to be deader.

    Same for Khaldun, it's already super dead there. No reason to make it deader.
