WTB a Large Tower

Finally want a long-term residence with a separate room dedicated to each craft.
I'd prefer to stay within 1m budget, but can go up to 1.3m for something really nice.

Preferences:
1) no / little spawn, don't like hearing monsters hissing at my door
2) not necessarily a secluded area, but I don't want neighbors within 2-3 tiles from my walls, especially large houses which make client cringe with all the stuff lying inside
3) grass (but I will consider other options)
4) being close to water or mining would be nice, but not a requirement

Ey guys, I'm looking for small forge. I've been looking for a while and can't seem to find one.

I'm sure someone can make you one. Have you tried asking in #ps or #renaissance on IRC. I won't be home for several hours but I can make you one if you haven't got one by then.

Ight cool, I've been posting in trade, asked in #ps though since I hadn't done that yet. send me a pm or a msg in irc whenever you get back. I should be around most of today.
