Question on blessed clothing/forts etc

I don't think footwear ever takes damage on this shard.

My miner/crafter has gotten beat on by a few ore elementals, and his hat and shirt have taken damage, but cloak, sash, and boots are all unharmed.

I believe this shard has 6 "layers" which can get hit: head, neck, arms, hands, chest, legs. I suspect footwear like sandals counts as "foot", which will never be hit. Likewise, cloaks and robes count as layers that cannot be hit. This is why wearing a defensive robe or cloak doesn't actually help your character. It provides AR to a body part that will never be hit.

Have you ever taken damage without pants? From what I know of other runuo shards, footwear takes damage if nothing on the legs will take it first.

Clothes take damage, however footwear, sashes, cloaks and kilts dont take damage, or I've been hella lucky to not get hit there.

I've just spent a few moments on test, smashing on a naked character wearing sandals, using a quarter staff. After delivering roughly 2000 points of damage, the sandals took absolutely no loss of HP.

I have found that my masks take 90% of the durability (I do wear armor as well)

Well, I am just appalled at the ignorance to the already existing and living guide to looking good! Jack, I thought I could at least count on you! What more is needed than the Pfniffel suit?
