I agree with this 100%. Maybe just adding a percent chance or two would help quite a bit to give not only dexxers but also a parry macer or an axe fighter a chance to get in on the big stuff.
If parry was adjusted so that it can absorb spells from monsters then I would be 100% on board, otherwise you're down to just MAYBE tanking the executioners boss.
You can tank the Grand Visor with a good parry warrior, just be ready to repair your armor every 10 friggen minutes.
What do the slayer instruments do? I used a silver lute on Lichs and I didn't notice any difference. :/
instruments allow for a bonus effect on targeted mob if I'm not mistaken which means that lich lords are easier to provoke or discord or peace with a silver instrument. hope that helps
