The first match between myself and Zyler has now been completed, Zyler came out ahead as the clear winner:



So, just for clarifications sake, does this match count towards the league, or do we need an observer for arbitration? Zyler very much won fair and square on this match.

!!!Opening Night!!!​

Opening night went better than could be expected! (primarily because I kept my expectations low )

We had a great turn out! A lot of spectators watched the first few matches. But as chess goes, perhaps not the most engaging spectator game. Still many stayed and watched. Jupiter prepared refreshments and set up a solitary 'extra' chess board for people to practice on.

This was an AWESOME night. Thanks to everyone who came!

After a close battle, Jupiter pulls a win over Atraxi's eyes. With the Nujelm battle chess temporarily out of commission, this match took place at Paws with the scoundrel, Soul Harvester, sitting in as arbiter for this match.

Marquis beat Liberation before our match I believe
Both will need to confirm - Marquis should get win if both agree

I didn't know about the chess league when I played with liberation, so I don't think it counts. However Jupiter did beat me twice after I joined the league :shock:
