I think w If that were the case, then you would retract your previous comments about the price being fair and agree that a starting bid of 1gp would be a good start. That is house you truly gage the market. Not by over inflating a specialty item so that only 1% of the shards population even has a chance to purchase. In all fairness, people could have made the asking price over the Anny event, probably have the chance to during Halloween event, and most def during the Christmas event. So while I think the price is high, I think it's perfectly doable.
@Air, This couldn't be further from the truth. I bought this as a placed castle within the last year. I cleaned it out and replaced it with a fortress for the added value. Also, Punts fort didn't have any sway on how I priced this. If you look at keeps they have more then doubled in price due to rarity. Same applies to fortresses. Happy bidding
Honestly I think Punts fort was worth 25. I think this fort is worth maybe 17. I think one of the few forts sold in the last year was the 1 I bought from @Pill for 17m and it was on grass and fronted by a road....
