Three Iron Ingot stack is located in the yellow chest downstairs of the Britain's Blacksmith Guild. This is the one located to the west of the main Britain entrance near Brit West Bank.

On another note, some potential leads for those with more time than me:

I've seen discussion in an older thread where Blaise says that the bucket is located in Britain sewers. I have checked many times, but haven't found it. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1480&start=10

I have a suspicion of something spawning in Serps blacksmith - there are a bunch of empty crates and an empty strong box in there. May be worth scouting.

Mark another one off the list. Full Vials found just a little while ago. Papau Reagent Shop, picture below. Wow that was a a long time to camp that place.

Nice Miller! I saw you sitting there a day or two ago and wondered if you were camping... I had been keeping an eye on that spot, it looked a little suspicious with those other vials in there!
