WTS -1of1 hue 1165 Ranger Armor of Frost Tunic & Ornate Chest (price reduced)

Awesome hue indeed. But cannot be compared to the value of sandals. The ability to match outfits to sandals is much easier as that is usually the starting point when players are trying to get their tram on. Or a mask. But, say if someone were to obtain every studded piece of this hue, I'd imagine it would be the most valued 1 thing (considered a set) on the entire server that i can think of. Whoever owned that set would own trammel and felucia would be destroyed indefinitely.

Yeah I'm being dramatic - I do understand the rarity and pixel sex appeal that drives sandal prices. I also get the value of a suit vs one piece of it. Still think this has huge potential with the right guy watching.

Pro:
- nice hue

Cons:
- scarcity is only temporary.
- set is barely impossible to complete.
- (not sure about this point) wizards can’t wear it.
- market heavily bearish in 2018, everything cost less and platinum lost a lot of value, the stuff a player can buy now with 4mil are probably more appealing than a single piece of armor.
- because of all the reasons posted above, make this an item very hard to resell too, therefore can’t even be bought as an investment.

It's useless if you are trying to wear it as actual armor.
The value is for people who like to collect this sort of stuff. I run by houses with people just displaying rare armor pieces all the time.
My best bet is for someone to get some of the other pieces and need the tunic. So go do some damn Xmas scrolls people!

That front view of your char doesn't do it justice. I saw you try it on in game and it looks awesome at diff angles. Your sleeves are covering the shoulder pads in that one.

What is the drop rate/chance on getting a piece of this armour? I've never done a scroll so I have no clue how any of this is copped!

It is a hella steezy item for sure man. A whole set would be insaaaaaaaaane.

For a 1% chance drop rate this item would hold its value. The only issue is more will come. But just like the xmas tree. That may not be for ever.

I agree more will come, but not quickly. It's been what, 8 months since these were possible to obtain and its still only 1. And I know people have been pounding out xmas scrolls like a mofo, prob more so than amibs throughout the year. The fact that you have to run scrolls for the chance of them to drop another scroll, then have to run those to get the small chance of something like this to drop is pretty awesome.

Everytime I open this thread back up, I am more and more inclined to start saving up for it. I probably would have sooner, but I thought someone would have been all over it by now. Something like this, especially since it's newbied, should be worn and shown off... not be locked down or put in a chest somewhere. But that's also the owners call.

Gonna start seeing what I can pawn off to come up with the money for it. I don't own anything super rare, prob nothing below a rarity of 15 in existence. So I think this would be a pretty cool start.

It's a 1/100 drop rate. Team that up with the fact that there's legs, gloves, arms, tunic, gorget and the head piece to collect. That makes this specific piece a 1/600 chance. Now team that up with how often these scrolls are ran....and how much they cost to run.

Someone drop the 4 mil on this, do more scrolls, catch a whole set and have what would be the rarest set of BLESSED armour on the server.
