The seller, myself, posted that I want to sell.
The offers, which while some may think are awesome, are kind of low ball from what I was expecting.
As always, I am not a greedy guy, and am sharing the profits from this IDOC with the individuals that were there with me, so a total of sales price has to be decided by a group, and right now they are estimating the value to be between 5-6 million.

I wish that the people (Aria/Black Rose) brought in by us would have done the same thing. Thats quite generous of you.

You might make 5-6m parting it out on player vendors but I'm not inclined to believe there's enough people with more than a few mil liquid actually in the smithbod game. Possible, sure, but not terribly likely.
Best of luck and hurry up so I can swing some trades with Dalavar. :p

I think Dalavar has officially bowed out.
I understand that the 3 large valorite deeds will give valorite runic hammers.
With those, the charges can be sold for 1 million each.
So.... if my math is correct, you more than make your investment back on 6 million.
Quite a few of those bods give agapite runic hammers that sell for 750k each... so there's no loss of money there

Several of the small bods fill awesome large bods.

I think we going all make smiths and get the smalls if we can't get 6 million

You can play valuation games all you like. The highest offer you have on the table is 3m and I don't believe he bowed out but is clearly feeling like not bidding higher.

The difficulty here is that having three of those larges is really a kick in the teeth. You're going to pull your hair out filling one, even with the pieces on the listing. Let alone three. You may luck out swapping those spares for smalls that fit but in the end, it's still a long game to get that hammer.
Also, there has never been a single valorite charge sold, so estimating a million is fairly out of place. It's possible, but as you may have noticed the only exceptional valorite weapon (a highly desirable short spear) barely sold for 500k. No one else even bid on it. This is a pretty clear indicator that a half a mil is about borderline value on the item.

Yes, I said 1m for the first axe I make, but that's because I'm not even going to sell any. lol

The collection is awesome, but there's not a single 'set' in there that can result in one awesome reward (or you would have removed it and pulled the reward).
Like I said, vendor that out and you'll have your 6m in no-time flat. Hell, I bet if you dropped those three val larges on a vendor @ a mil each, you'd have 3m overnight or damn close.

Anyway, best of luck finding your asking price.

Two valorite charges were used to craft short spears, and they netted 550k in total a couple days ago. That's 275k per charge. Not saying I'd sell for that, but pointing out that no one is lining up to pay more than that either.

I tried to come in strong with a bid and I was pretty frank about the issues with having 3 of something that cannot possibly be filled (Blaise explained it well above, and if he and I are agreeing on something...)

I don't know if one can "bow out" as the top bidder. My offer certainly stands, but if there's a reserve of even 5M - 6M, I can't justify going bankrupt on the hopes that I can find three people to pursue something that has taken two full years to be accomplished just once.
