    Living in it is the plan, I'm not a fan of bigger houses, a villa is all I need :)

    access to the stable and one of the bidders guild has ties to more houses on serps

    other than that, maybe the other bidder used to live there?

    For me, I don't like owning multiple houses and this has it all. Favourite house type with a stable on the same screen, a bank a screen or two north and a convenient spot for a vendor if I choose to put one up.

    The only other spot I might prefer would be a bank villa, but we might never see one for sale again, if we did it'd cost me a lot more than 4mil, and it'll probably be too busy to use as a main house.
