I totally put my way to expensive yew gate house to a good use: here is my armada (actually 2 or 3 more boats that are on toons) on display on the roof of the "Brageria". Still way to go before that roof is full.

Today has been a fairly eventful day for the Gentlemen of 5D, consisting of many Sosarians that lacked home security.

My day picked up with a trip to the IDOC overflow vendors in Minoc, where I discovered a woman named Carla hidden in a house to West. Upon further inspection, I was thrilled to see that they had left the front door unlocked! Doesn't get much easier for a thief than that. Unfortunately, I was only able to secure a few fishing nets, scrolls, and a few other items. I had my eye on the runic sword on the roof as well as the platinum but both were locked down. I would later find this home to be owned/protected by the murderer "it" and his friend Oo.


Later in the day, while wondering the areas West of Cove, I stumbled upon a moongate closing outside of a home. Unable to detect anyone, I lay in wait on the doorstep for their return. Luckily they were quick and I was inside in no time. I began by searching the downstairs chests and to my surprise I became UNHIDDEN! Leave it to my fellow 5D amigo Random, to have already been hidden in the house and I stepped on him!! The homeowner walked right past me as if I were his friend and continued out of his house. I quickly rounded up a bag of scrolls and was gated out to Serps Hold.

Finally, I made my way back towards Cove, randomly checking for IDOC's and unsuspecting homeowners. Star Hunter, for one reason or another, had a chest "locked down" on his front porch containing some valuables. I found a blessed jester suit, a bundle of marked runebooks for various spawning rares and the usual city vendors, a vanq axe, a statue, and lastly a pair of black sandals.

This is one of the best threads I've read in all the shards I've played! One character I've always wanted to build was a good theif and now i want to even more! Anybody wanna take a first timer under their wing?
