Homies I hear you, It's a buyers market, keep supply is outweighing the demand. We got cats liquidating assets, selling off spots at legit "snatch em if you can" prices. So, this is me reacting to the current market, I don't want another empty spot sitting here, I want you in a home, a big ass home. SO - Let's try this, I'm not selling just that one keep no mo' I'm now selling a double keep with one keep being bridgeable to the L tower next door And its going to go cheap too. This the spot: I went to the trouble of X'ing out every house that ISN'T in the deal. Overkill? Get over it. I also drew some sharks and Kilroy. I like to go above and beyond. I wish I could tell you that a fort fits in that lower spot, but it doesn't, there's 1 tree there that blocks it. 1 motherfucking tree. @Earsnot First let me share I love your sales threads. I dont want you to take this as a troll or personally since it is an honest question... If you are being on the level and reacting to a buyer's market, why are your keep prices at the seller's market rate? Seller's market prices have ranged 7-12mil. What am I missn yo?
Firstly, no offence taken dude, it's a legit question, and I will provide a legit answer. Secondly, I'm accepting plat at 9k per. I don't think anyone's accepting plat at 9k per, it's ranging between 7.5 & 8 on average. So this is where the price fluctuates. A keep being sold at (lets average your range of 7-12) 10 mil accepting and plat at 7.5k per would equate too 1333 plat, if paying all in plat. Where as me accepting plat at 9k per equates too 1111 plat. The price difference is 30 plat short of a runebook off the reward vendor. Last week I was trying to sell the lower keep for 10 mil with a 15 mil BO. Between now and then another 4 Keeps have come on the market, so I've now dropped the price to 10 mil BO (- 5 mil) and the SB to 2 mil less. If someone wanted to come on in and offer me slightly less for the spots or SPOT as a whole I would more than happily consider and work with them on finding a conclusion we'd both be satisfied with. If someone wanted to offer me the BO for the whole spot and wanted me to value plat at 10k per I'd more than likely take it too. Everything's negotiable! Also fuck Christmas sandals, unless they play jingle bells when I moonwalk in them.
Ok, how about 18 mil BO today. Tomorrow it's back to 20 mil BO and I'll just have to keep this one on the back burner. I'll also accept blessed rune books at 2 mil each today. Get it! Get it!
