On test center I've gotten a patio to fit in the villa spot, but I had to drop the small. I didn't know a large marble would fit Thx @It'sallALark
These fine propertys were previously owned by my guild and considered premium propertys. Good luck on the sale, i believe weve got them for more than 3M previously.
I could personally see these going for 1-1.5mil as a lot. Hell, I might even consider them at that price. But not even for a second would I consider dropping half a keep on ice island on these things. And I have let a keep drop on ice island before.
Yeah that map was hilarious! The Jhelom pens area was blood red on the map for high amounts of carnage
I am always surprised how often everyone jumps on a thread to give their opinion about how overpriced something is, ONLY to be proven wrong a little further down the thread. If you think something is overpriced, the best option is probably to not bid, or risk putting your foot deep into your mouth.* I learned this lesson the hard way*
I think things right now are in flux. I am happy to offer 1.5 mil for those three houses personally. I just dont see them being worth 3.
See, this thread isn't an auction. It's a debate on potential worth. One nightmare of a human thinks it's worth 3 mill and made a decently convincing case. Another forum warrior thinks they're worth a few hundred k over deed total. An informed consumer is a good consumer. Just depends on what you think is right. Nothing wrong with a couple of opinions to help decipher price.
One thing people are overlooking is the properties are all together, that reduces a lot of hassle and costs in trying to buy the other spots if you want the area. And it's a historical UO landmark area dating back to the beginning of the game. People can talk it down, but it's a prime location property that rarely gets sold on the market. It's potentially a property that you may never be able to buy again. And it's a perfect property for someone who wants to actively play in an active area. 3 mil is an easy price
Whoever owns this should buy and deco the large marble with a stable theme http://www.uorenaissance.com/itemdetails/RarePlough1/1503/1 http://www.uorenaissance.com/itemdetails/RarePlough2/1502/1
