I was just curious where one would go for some role-playing guild fun? I played on Great Lakes and Catskills back in the day for a long time. On Catskills I was with the Undead guild and Shadowclan Orcs, both located down around the Orc Fort in Yew. Are there any folks on here who were involved with that, I'd love to reconnect! If not, just looking for some folks to enjoy good old UO with. Thank you.
Hi there, welcome to UOR. I think @Xegugg is the head orc in charge around here, unless someone else holds the URK stone now. Not sure if there is an undead guild here though, but I think someone tried starting one a while back. And there is the Village of Paws near the shrine of spirituality. The pirates are scattered after the fall of the Sealords guild, but perhaps could be brought back together.. Any new ideas could probably gain traction as well. Plenty of players would probably help out in that regard. And of course it's always fun just to roleplay a random character and interact with people
I'm not sure about the orcs to be honest, but I know they are here and probably are still active. Knights of Sosaria are pretty active too, Lightshade is their GM. I think the main hold up is people are waiting for guildstone changes that include alliances and other functionalities that would make guilds easier to manage.
Well we should definitely re-create instead of waiting! I know how important guild names have always been in UO though, this was always an issue back in the day haha...

My rust showed yesterday. I tried to run from Yew bank to the Yew orc fort like I have done a million times in the past, and somehow got lost and wound up way south of my target. All to find out that the orc guild wasn't located there anyways!

Ug and Good Souls Uldrick. I was with those guilds on Seige and was a helpless gruntee for a while on Cats back in the GGG Warboss days. The Bloodrock clan orcs here are a good bunch but seem pretty inactive with occasional spikes in activity. Not that I am up to date as I'm the most inactive of the lot (well many of us are tied). I've never known UND to be here but a few have talked about getting it started before. Maybe you are the guy. PM me if you want some a home to get that effort started.
